S.H.A.P.E. (the Source for Health and Physical Education), a non-profit organization, was founded in 2004 to help charter schools deliver a complete education, fight obesity in children, teach life-long health and wellness, promote physical activity, and help students develop integrity and ethics.

S.H.A.P.E. has three programs to help with our focus:

1. Physical Education
2. Adventure Zone (Before and After School Clubs)
3. Summer Day Camps

S.H.A.P.E. programs are predicated upon having competent, dedicated, and knowledgeable staff who utilize appropriate instructional techniques, strategies, and assessments. Therefore, S.H.A.P.E. strives to hire only the best instructors who have committed their life in the transformation of students.

About our Founder

Chad R. Thibodeaux founded S.H.A.P.E. in 2004 with the intent of expanding his level of influence to thousands of kids, schools, and parents all across the United States.

Chad was adopted as a child, and was given a “second-chance” by a loving family that rescued him from a life of pain and heart-ache. He believes it is his calling by God to help people live to their full potential, and to see themselves as God sees them... a person of great self-worth!

He has an extensive background enabling success in the lives of those around him. His inventiveness, determination, vision, and passion for service has led him to consistently emerge as a leader. His career highlights include being the Founder/Director of S.H.A.P.E. Education, the Executive Director of Chino Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Director of Athletes In Training, a youth minister, and a music director.
